The presentation took place at the Upper Primary school yard on a beautiful sunny afternoon.

Mr Cincotta introduced our students to the history and culture of Italy, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that our students already knew a lot about this beautiful country.

Prior to the presentation, some of the Primary year groups made drawings of the scenes from Pinocchio, and their art work was displayed in the school yard. After the presentation, the students, staff and our guest speaker helped themselves to the Italian-style cookies made by one of the BIS parents, Mrs Katic.

Everyone present had a great time.

Mr Rabii informed students as to the history and culture of his country. This presentation was made as part of the BIS’s on-going “Meet the World” project where we kindly invite representatives from different embassies in Belgrade to give a talk about their respective countries to our student body.
