Following our successful BSO inspection in May, the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´, Belgrade is delighted to inform you that we have been accepted as members of COBIS. We are very happy about this and look forward to being a COBIS school once again with all the opportunities this membership offers.

]]> We are proud to announce that the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ in Belgrade has officially been accredited as a British School Overseas (BSO) – one of the highest recognitions granted by the UK government to international schools following the British curriculum.

In May 2025, a team from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) confirmed that BIS meets all BSO standards, placing us among schools that deliver education on par with top independent schools in the United Kingdom.

This accreditation is a testament to the dedication of our entire team, our commitment to educational excellence, and the care we provide to every student.

]]> Following the tradition that is cherished in the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ every year, the youngest students (Early Years and KS1) delighted everyone with their annual school play. This time, they gave an enchanting performance entitled “You are special”. With songs, smiles and the touch of magic, they conveyed a strong and touching message – that regardless of someone’s difference, every child has equal value and deserves kindness and acceptance.

Their performance was a wonderful reminder that warmth, understanding and respect shine brightest when they come from children’s hearts. A truly special day for all of us at BIS!
